The Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Level 6 Engineering, Janine Rhoads has a passion for helping clients achieve transformative change by leveraging thoughtful combinations of proven methodologies and strategic research.
Ms. Rhoads' passion derives not only from the hallowed halls of the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business (she is a very proud alumna), but more than 15 years of experience in business consulting (with an emphasis in supply chain operations, change management, and programmatic process improvement) where she served more than 30 clients, including a number of Fortune 100 companies and US governmental entities. Outside of her responsibilities for Level 6 Engineering, Ms. Rhoads serves as the Director of Procurement Operations for a midwest-based Fortune 100 corporation.
jeffrey f. (Jeff) Rhoads, Ph.D.
The Chief Operating Officer and Principal Subject Matter Expert of Level 6 Engineering, Jeff Rhoads gleefully tackles emergent technical challenges with a honed balance of focus, rigor, and creativity.
Dr. Rhoads received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees, each in mechanical engineering, from Michigan State University. His current technical interests span the areas of dynamics, vibration, energetic materials (including explosives, propellants, and pyrotechnics), electromechanical systems, nonlinear systems, and additive manufacturing. Outside of Level 6 Engineering, Dr. Rhoads serves as a Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University and is affiliated with both the Birck Nanotechnology Center and Ray W. Herrick Laboratories at the same institution. He also serves as the Director of Practice for MEERCat Purdue: The Mechanical Engineering Education Research Center at Purdue University. In his various academic roles, Dr. Rhoads has conducted more than $22M in sponsored research (with extensive support from the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, National Science Foundation, and industry), and has published more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and 2 textbooks. These efforts, amongst others, have garnered numerous international recognitions and awards.
